There is no minimum age requirement to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may post photos, recipes, notes, and other content through our Service. By posting content, you grant CookDiary a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
You retain ownership of your content, but you acknowledge that CookDiary may use your content to improve our Service, for marketing purposes, and for other business operations.
We collect and store your data using Firebase and Digital Ocean. We also use Firebase Analytics to understand how our Service is used. Your privacy is important to us, and we handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Our Service offers a free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required to access premium features. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
